Acoustic3D Holdings Limited (ASSOB Code: A3H) has today filled Round 1 of its capital raising.
Acoustic3D Holdings Limited has now entered its second Round (R2) of capital raising offering 3,750,000 ordinary shares for the capital contribution of $300,000 at $0.08c per share.

Acoustic3D is pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Hooper MAICD as Non Executive Chairman of the Board.
Ex-VP of Philips, he has experience in volume manufacture including legal corporate compliance, strategic growth plans, product category repositioning, high value business turn-arounds, supply chain excellence and operational excellence programs and “Best Practice” governance policy and procedures.
He has increased shareholder value in industries from lighting to Thin Film Solar.
“Rick is the perfect match for Acoustic3D”, says New Audio Chairman Joe Hayes “because he brings Six Sigma quality skills and has extensive experience in the fast moving consumer goods market.”
Rick is joined by Jeff McDermid as a Non-Executive Director. Jeff was previously a partner of WMS Chartered Accountants and former partner of Ernst & Young. He has extensive experience in capital raisings, strategies and business planning. Jeff has a passion for intellectual property based Companies and is a Director of the not for profit, Gold Coast Innovation Centre Ltd, a business incubator co-funded by the Queensland Government.
Acoustic3D is working with Infinity, Hypex and WaveCorp, to ensure supply of key components and design expertise for the next five years for Acoustic3D products. We have signed cooperation agreements with Infinity and Hypex.

Minister for Innovation, the honourable Kim Carr has announced the awarding of a innovation grant to Acoustic3D subsidiary NewAudio Pty Ltd.
“NewAudio has received funding from Commercialisation Australia to develop acoustic holography for global telepresence. Telepresence is an optic/acoustic communication technology that seeks to maximise effectiveness by enabling all participants to feel that they are physically present at a single ‘face-to-face’ meeting. NewAudio’s precise replication of originating three-dimensional sound is a major step in telepresence achieving this objective.”
